Warranty

All products of directepurchase.com are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of invoicing unless otherwise specified to the original product purchaser.

Hardware such as operators, hinges and locking mechanisms are warranted for 3 years to the original product purchaser. SCREENS are covered by a 90-day warranty on the screen frame and a 30-day warranty on screen mesh.

Insulated glass is warranted for seal failure for a period of ten (10) years from date of invoice. A one (1) year warranty is provided for stress cracks.

Glass breakage is not covered by this warranty

Exclusions & Limitations:

All replacement parts covered by this warranty are shipped FOB factory and do not cover any labor or shipping/handling costs.

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, alterations, reinstallation, paints, tints/films applied by third parties or paint finishes supplied by vinyl manufacturers and installation of security systems.

This warranty does not cover damages that occur from incorrect installation. If you feel your window product is damaged or leaking water, directepurchase.com must be notified immediately of the issue as we are not responsible for any latent damage due to rot or mold that may occur because of an issue that was not resolved immediately.

This warranty is expressly limited to directepurchase.com products sold exclusively by directepurchase.com.
