On March 19th, the governor of Pennsylvania ordered a mandatory closing of all non-life-sustaining businesses in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. DirectEPurchase.com is complying with this order and has ceased all manufacturing and shipping temporarily.
This is an uncertain period in history, and one that we all must face together. DirectEPurchase.com’s desire is to return to full capacity as soon as possible, so that we may continue to serve you in the ways you’ve come to expect. However, we must also keep the safety of our families and communities at the forefront of minds, and will continue to coordinate with local and state officials to help mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
Our customer service team will continue to work in a limited capacity from home, and do everything they can to continue assisting you during this time. Due to these unique and sudden circumstances, we ask that you please be patient and understanding to increases in response times.
