RMA Procedure
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective order we will gladly replace your order - within 30 days of receipt.
If there is any damage of the package, it must be noted on the delivery paperwork before the driver departs. If there is any concealed damage inside the box, it is important to immediately notify us at sales@directepurchase.com. Include your name, order number and a brief description of any damage. Pictures of the damage may be required. Keep the original packing material for possible inspection. The company will handle any claim on an individual basis.
Note*** Do not return merchandise without a return authorization number.

- Item Qty & Description
- Reason for Replacement / Return
